The HUNT

The Valks and Gents just completed their first Boston Hunt. The men and women were paired together in teams of 5-6 and were sent all over Boston in an attempt to complete tasks. The tasks varied from tying a stranger's shoe to kissing a stranger. Teams completed tasks on the Mass Ave bridge to North End. Throughout the day they received texts from me for chances for bonus points.

Yesterday was in typical Boston winter form, a cold day. The cold air was no good for my lungs, so I knew I wouldn't be able to run around in the cold for 5 hours. That is why I became the Bowman Bonus. As the Bowman Bonus I was charged to sit around in Boston in hopes of little Valks and Gents finding me. I started my day in the Boston Public Library. I figured I should be productive and study while I waited for teams to come find me. Studying was a bit hard when I received a text message every other minute. 3 Teams found me in the library and 1 made it to the library but never found me. Once the teams found me they had to answer a riddle to get the Bowman Bonus.

After the Library I was a bit hungry so I figured I would hop on the T and go to the North End for a treat. Mikes sounded good, so I was off for a Cannoli. I sat there the longest time cutting construction paper for the winner's reward. 3 teams visited me at Mikes. I waited a long time to give a team that was yet to find me a chance to get there. They never made it so I moved on to Cheers.

I sat in Cheers and 5 teams made it to me this time. When the last team reached me, I left with them to go back to Bucknum, the ending place. Thanks goodness the team took me because I probably would have gotten myself lost with my confusing directions. Due to their generosity of taking me home, I gave team Gryfindor bonus points for getting me to Bucknam.

All but 1 team made it back to the apartment on time. As the judge, I had to give the late team a 20 point fine. Adding points took forever, but here are the rankings:
